Shipping & Returns Policy
We want every Addie Belle order to feel right. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work—written plainly.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact info@addiebellesparkling.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, if applicable. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned for a refund or exchange within that 30-day window. We’ll review the request and, once approved, provide return instructions.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us immediately, within 48 hours of delivery, at info@addiebellesparkling.com with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover return shipping for items damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after we confirm a damaged or incorrect order. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where we shipped the wrong item or the goods arrived damaged.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel an order before it ships, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, cancellations must follow the returns process above.
Bundle and Partial Returns
For bundle or partial returns, for example returning one bottle from a multi-bottle pack, refunds will be prorated based on the items returned and the bundle pricing. Contact support for exact calculations.
Wholesale, Event, and Large Orders
Wholesale, event, and large orders have different terms. If your purchase is a wholesale or bulk order, contact info@addiebellesparkling.com for cancellation, return, and refund policies specific to that agreement.
Processing Time
Please allow additional time for bank or card issuer processing after we issue a refund. If you have questions or need help beginning a return, email info@addiebellesparkling.com and include your order number, preferred resolution, refund or exchange, and any helpful photos.
Policy Updates
This policy applies to orders placed at addiebellesparkling.com . We reserve the right to update these terms; any material change will be posted on the Site.
